Halo-chaos formation mechanism and its controlling methods in the high ion accelerator are summarized in this paper. And the status quo of ion-density distribution is also summed up, the main two parts research work of this dissertation are as follows:First of all,the mismatch factor effect on the control of beam halo-chaos is investigated. There are many papers about the controlling the phenomenon of halo-chaos during the ionic beam running in the accelerator. These researches have indicated that applying the method of controlling chaos can achieve the relatively perfect effection. For instance, delay feedback controlling method can get relatively perfect simulation effection, logarithm-function controller have the realization's hope. Thus the two controllers are choosed in this paper, and study the ionic beam which exhibits a K-V distribution.Applying delay feedback control, the controller is: rr ms is root-mean-square radius,it reflect the statistical mean quantity when lots of particles are running in the accelerator, 12rr ms Nri, ri is the number i particle's radial radius,g is plus factor. The maximum radius rm ax, root-mean-square radius rr ms, envelope radius rb of ion beams, and so on are chosen as controlling variable to simulate the control of beam halo-chaos in high intensity accelerator. Delayed feedback controller, and some others choosing rr ms as controlling variable express beam halo-chaos better, while it's very difficult in experiment to probe several times all ions'positions of the beams every single period for calculating the rr ms. In order to solve the problems on the controllers, the ratio of the number of ions outside the match radius to the total ion numberλ(λ=NNa, here N a denotes the number of ions outside the match radius, N denotes the total ion number) is selected as controlling variable to explore the distribution of high intensity ion beam. Logarithm-function controller is:The result is that the change of some controlling parameters have effect on ion beam's...
