Search theory in labour market is one of the most challenging works in international economics research and an important method to resolve the phenomenon of both existence of vacancies and unemployment workers. The dissertation firstly introduces the background of search theory and review the fixed sample search model and sequence search model, raising the limitation of traditional search models.Secondly, because the description about wage distribution is not exact in traditional search theory, and fuzzy method has particular superiority in uncertain problems, this dissertation integrate fuzzy method and search model.Given the wage offer a fuzzy variable, the worker devises a strategy to maximum his expected search value. In the mean while the dissertation using the utility function in fuzzy environment analyzing the reservation wage in a new view.Thirdly, the thesis applies the method of dynamic programming to describe the intertemporal job search model. The development search model put emphasis on the mutual search of both workers and factories. And the process engenders search equilibrium. Two branch of this search equilibrium are "match model" and "wage post model" , both of them have their own explanations of the phenomenon of labor market. The segmented labor market is another challenge of traditional Labor economics. The dissertation analyzes the decision policy of the two kinds of workers. And draws the conclusion that because of the segmentation of labor market, the matching of the workers and the vacancies are inefficient.
