In magnetotelluric academic study we abtain some magnetotelluric principles by using simpler models,but there are great differences by comparing this results with actual problems,so we need to build some geological models,and by studying the models we can gain more information about objects.Study of these models can help us get more characteristic of object wich make us adopt integrated quantitative rule and data processing.In order to find information you need exediently and quickly, a scientific management system needs building.In advanced information society,it is of great necessary to build geological database.Construction of geological database has great significance for reverse and data processingAt first, from Maxwell equations,this paper got the uniform equation for transverse eletric and transverse magnetic polarization using transmission surface equation which derived from transmission line equation of electrotechnics,and work out magnetotelluric field's satisfying border conditions.This paper designed several normal geological models,for example faultage.By Finite Differential Method numercal modeling we got electromagnetic response in different conditions and parameter.Then the paper analyses and concludes different models and paramete numercal modeling rule.Finally,this paper built a electromagnetic geological database by making use of SQL Server 200 and Visual C++.The electromagnetic geological database can help us classify,storage,query and amend these models,and implement scientific and effective management...
