When fieldwide waterflood goon and the containing water become high, the calculation of reserves which was down in last century 80s would not adapt with the exploitation today. For solving this contracdiction between reserves and exploitation, we study the fineness calculationg of reserves in thin sandstone; Then calculate reserves accurately when sort the flow unit. And make it clear that the distribution of reserves and remaining reserves. This make a base for encrypt and latent energy. The things down is great signigicance, and also is important in reality sense. The flow unit is synthesis reflection of physical property. Because of that, we study the geofactor which influence seepage flow, and investigate the sorting method of flow unit; all of this is base on the reseatch of character of reservoir bed. Then study the flow unit of tarfet stratum in workaround. First of all, on the base of analyse of core hole, alone with the other static data, we branch and contrast the sedimentation unit in target stratum; then we sort the floe unit in vertical direction, study the facies of ever flow unit, in the end, sort flow unit in horizontal direction on the base of studying of geofactor which affect seepage flow.On the base of flow unit, we calculate reserves by volumetric method. First, calculate the physical property and the distribution of it, then we can get unit reserve factor of every well; second, calculate area of single well by triangle well pattern. The specific character is that we calculate reserves under the borderline which decided by facies. After the analysis of flow unit and reserves, distribute the summating production rate to every petroliferous layer, so it is easy to get remaining reserves by subtracting production rate from reserves of every layer. At then end, analysis remaining reserves, understand the character of distribution of remaining reserves.
