| In this paper, the two dimensional and multidimensional modified Szász-Mirakjan operators are constructed on the simplexes, then using the Ditzian-Totik modulus of continuity of multidimensional function, we study the approximation character of the two dimensional modified Szász-Mirakjan operators and obtain the direct theorem, at the same time we get the weighted converst theorem.
