Manzhouli-Xinbaerhuyouqi Cu, Ag, polymetal metallogenic belt is an important non-ferrous metal and noble metal commodity base in Inner Mongolia. It lies in between Manzhouli City and Xinbaerhuyouqi, northeast of Inner Mongolia. It borders on the north by Russia. In its east there is the biggest inland fresh lake -Hulun Lake, which is in the north of Northeast China. It borders on the south and west by Mongolia. And the area is 2.9km2. The traffic is convenient that many railways reach to Manzhouli City. With systematically collection and predecessors research works, the author summarized the characters and regularities of the metallogenic belt according to the field and other delicate researchs. The studied area lies in the southeast exterior margin of Siberian plate. It belongs to the transitional crust tectonic province between Siberian plate and Sino-Korean plate. The region tectonic has experienced some developed period, including the ancient continent's forming and breaking up between upper Proterzoic and early Cambrian, Geosyncline growth period and inversion period during upper Paleozoic, Yanshanian structure active period and Cenozoic faulted block differential movement intensive growth period. In contrast to Mongolia and Russia materials, it dues to the outer Baikal fold scope, whose boundary is Erguna-Hulun deep rupture in the fold belt in Dahingganling. Zhao Yue et al suggest that it is a joined tectonics between Siberia Plate and North China Plate. It joined the deep fracture of mid-Mongolia in south side and Okhotsk in north side. The fracture plays an important role to control the strata, structures, magmatic activities and the forming of some large deposits since Mesozoic during its region tectonic development. The strata in region range from Proterzoic to Cenozoic. Mesozoic Naping Group (J2n), Tamulangou Group (J3tm), Murui Group (J3mr) and Shangkuli Group...
