Physics which researches on the movement and basic structure of material is the basis and brace of nature science. Its research space dimension is from subaltern nucleus particle to the all universe , and from the birth to the universe's future about time. The status,characteristic,thinking ways and the developing history of physics have beening made physical teaching having two targets: Teaching knowledge and Educating the students' qulity. The main content of this thesis is as follows:Firstly, the first main point is the total plan about the teaching platform of college physics. A good teaching platform connects with a good plan closely. I talk about the content from the key technology to the design way. According to the fuction I divide the teaching platform of college physics to three parts: teacher's teaching platform, students' study platform, teaching managing platform.Secondly, the second main point is the structure's design about the teaching platform of college physics. I talk about the system structure,the plan principle,the main module and the fuction of this teaching platform.The last is the three part which is the most important part: the exploitation and the realizing about the teaching platform of college physics, on which I talk about the concrete process and spend much space to describe the concrete process elaborately. The main content is that: creating ASP pages, the test system on-line, the forum on-line, the message book and so on.Taking the college physics for example, this thesis introduces the design and the exploitation on web-based teaching platform of physics. I hope this platform will play an material part in teaching and learning on college physics.
