This dissertation is concentrated on the course of harmonically oscillated flowing mass flux in a tube. We survey the investigation of pulsatile flow and the development of numerical simulation; we choose a general math model, which can describe the course of pulsatile flow rightly. With the principle of dimension homogeny and the theory of Finite Difference Method, we put the detailed consequence of difference approaching, which will reduce error and improve the precision of result. We make three conditions distinguish of pulsatile flow. We simulate the math equation using the language of Fortron. The results show that the new turbulent transfer model, which is based on the equation of eddy shear stress and instability, is better to many different flows in the tube than others. It is help to apprehend the character of pulsatile flow farther.
