RNA interference (RANi) is a kind of genetic silence after transcription and a ancientry and conservative phenomenon in biosphere. It has extensive applied foreground on genetic function research and genetic medicine. Recently, RNA interference is one of the focus of biology research. But it is not very clear about the mechanism of endogenesis RNAi. In this dissertation, the mechanism of RNAi and basic principle and methods are used to analyze the distributing of reverse complementation sequence correlated with RNAi. It is presumed that a genetic regulation network related with endogenesis RNAi is in existence. And a kind of special hairpin-target interaction is studied to predict the possible genetic regulation relation in theory. In addition, some new computation methods and general-purpose programs of bioinformatics are present in this dissertation. 29 diagrams ,6 forms and 54 literatures are used in this dissertation.
