Complex systems are applicable in realistic life, however, owning to the structure complexity and factor uncertainty, it is difficult to research this class of systems. A class of complex systems-2-circle-linked composite large-scale systems with practical background will be studied in this paper.This paper considers the decentralized control and robust control problem for a class of composite 2-circle-linked systems. These problems are studied by Lyapunov stable theory and matrix theory, respectively.Firstly, the definition and arithmetic of 2-circle-linked systems are proposed. The stability for 2-circle-linked discrete systems, furthermore, the solution and controllability for 2-circle-linked decomposed systems are discussed.Secondly, for a class of 2-circle-linked composite systems, the decentralized state feedback robust controllers for 2-circle-linked linear decoupling systems are designed by Lyapunov method, these designed controllers can make the closed-loop systems be stable and this can be validated by Matlab software.Thirdly, for a class of 2-circle-linked composite large-scale systems, the observers are designed by three methods. The similarity structure of the composite systems causes the observers to be of similarity and simplifies the design of the observers, these observers also have good decentralized quality, so it is easy to realize in project.Finally, the output feedback robust stabilization for a class of 2-circle-linked composite large-scale systems with uncertain terms is studied. Although the systems are complex, because of the chosen controllers and the system itself the controllers have good decentralized quality. Then an example is presented to illustrate the results given.
