In this paper we study the initial—boundary value problem for a class ofnonlinear dispersive—dissipative wave equations of fourth order we obtain the existence and uniqueness of global Wk,p(k≥1,1

2,p(p>2) solutions by using successive smoothingmethod. Secondly, we obtain the existence and uniqueness of global W1,p(p = 2,p>2) solutions of this problem. Thirdly, as1 < p < 2, we abtain the solutions of W2,p . Fourthly, we obtain the global Wk,p(k≥3,1
