Research On Implementation Of Meteorological Data MIS Based Web

With the coming of the 21st century, the management information system (MIS) has been widely applied in social each profession .At the same time, because large quantities of the profession which depends on information technology has emerged and in use of it many traditional professions which reorganizing service flow also have developing service, this causes the traditional profession to glow full of vitality. Along with the popularly development of network, The meteorological department also needs to enhance unceasingly the management level to meteorological data and applying MIS to manage the tradition meteorological data on-line is able to save the massive manpower, the physical resource and financial resource. So meteorology management information system has become an important method of the meteorological department realizing material sharing, saving resources and enhancing the efficiency. The paper has established meteorology management information system after reasonably classifying and organizing the material data. Taking PHP4.0 as the tool of system development, MySql as floor data bank administration software and using the manual gathering material primary data information and design method from up to down ,the system has realized the service and the management of the atmosphere data information on-line.The paper emphatically elaborated application domain and application prospect of this system, the system structure of atmosphere data MIS, Information gathering and various functions module. After the analysis, the system has reorganized the unreasonable work flow of the material center and drawn up a reasonable system data flow graph. Basing on the atmosphere data classification, it carries on the material information classified and gathered, then inputs them into database. It has finally realized the design of this system by more popular mainstream design concept at present in the overall system design and the technology of advanced networking, the communication and the data bank, the overall evaluation data material information security after overall evaluation the security about data material information. This system already has been tested in the Nanjing atmosphere data center, obtained the very good effect and win first award of the NUIST technological award in February 2006.
