In this paper, based on the kastrov expression and Berlyand theoreticalexpression, the calculate method of the clear-sky total and direct solar radiationreceived by different direction of wall surface in different seasons was acquired.Using this calculate method, the condition of wall surface clear-sky solar radiationour china was researched, the result has provided some useful help for thermalengineering design, Solar energy using and city ecology research. The mainachievements of this paper were concluded as follows:1. based on the relationship between atmosphere transparency and Water vaporcontent, using surface vapor pressure data of 704 station to fitting the f,c parametersof the calculate method. The precision and reliability of the calculate method wasconfirmed. The distribution map of the f,c parameters of different seasons was alsoplaned.2. using the calculate method, the clear-sky direct and total solar radiation hourlyamount received by different wall surface in 704 stations of China was calculated. Itsdaily variation also analyzed. The distribution of radiation exposure in the strongestradiation hour of different seasons over China was given. The result show that theradiation distribution is affected together by astronomy factor and Transparency ofatmosphere factor.3. Accumulation by hourly radiation quantity, the clear-sky solar radiation dailyamount of different seasons received by different directions of wall surface in 704stations was also calculated. The radiation daily amount change along with directionof wall was analyzed. The distribution map also produced. 4. As a practical application of this research, under the residential building insulationinterval according the country standard, the clear-sky radiation in a time intervalreceived by the bottom layer of residential building were calculated. The resultshowed that because the south wall of Northern area received solar radiation morethan southern area obviously, so the residential building insulation interval in theNorth of china can be relax on the bases of the sunlight in room can meet the need ofliving and health.
