Bose-Einstein condensates were first predicted by Bose and Einstein in 1924.It describes a macroscopic quantum state when Bosonic atoms would be whenT=0. After the first realization of Bose-Einstein condensates in Rb atom, morefocus are attracted. BEC in double-well takes it specific quantum properties. The Josephsone e?ect and self-traping are also predicted and observed in the-ory and experiments. With the development of the technology, molecular BECundergoes from theory to experimental realization, which explore our researchfield. Various methods are in quest for raising the conversation from atomicBEC to molecular BEC. We proposed to form a heteronuclear molecular BECin double-well without atom-atom and molecule-molecule interaction. We giveout the formation of molecular BEC in mean-field approximation and short timelimits, it's quantum squeezing e?ect is also considered. We found that:1.When the two condensates are loaded into the same well, the tunnelingterm's e?ect on the molecular condensates'formation is obvious. No quantumsqueezing e?ect is observed in the molecular filed under short time limits.2.In the case which the two condensates are put in separate well, no changewas taken by the molecular tunneling term, but the molecular condensates'for-mation is quite di?erent to the case 1. And the molecular field still shows noquantum squeezing e?ect.
