Groundwater is the significant source of arid and semi-arid area, sometimes it's the single source of water. The groundwater exploitation and utilization of human being makes manual oasis expanded continually and breaks original equilibration, resulting in fluctuation of groundwater level and quantity, evolution of water quality, in turn bringing variation of ecological environment. Groundwater dynamic variation is a very important method of getting acquainted with human activities towards the incidence of groundwater system, variation trend and range.Based on research of predecessor, this thesis takes typical Oasis--- Fukang as research area.First, using Kriging interpolation model and the statistical combination of ArcGIS module technology to analyze temporal and spatial dynamic variation of groundwater level of Fukang, to obtain the temporal and spatial dynamic distributed rule of groundwater level of Fukang: (1) Along with topography reducing from the southeast to the northwest, groundwater level is getting smaller and smaller.(2)groundwater level of sloping plain is the deepest, especially Baiyang river reach to achieved 67.71m; groundwater level of the fine soil zone is the fleetest, which is only 0.86m at Fubei farm. (3) The annual dynamic variety of groundwater level: from 1988 to 1992 it remained downtrend; From 1992,it became two-stage fractionation trend, which became deeper at sloping plain and became fleeter at the fine soil zone.(4) The inner dynamic variety a year of groundwater: It is deeper at the end of year than the beginning at sloping plain and alluvial plain, and it is deeper at exploitation period than non-exploitation period; It is at uptrend in the inner a year at the fine soil zone approach desert where groundwater isn't exploit; It is deeper at exploitation period than non-exploitation period at the fine soil zone approach alluvial plain.Second, the dynamic variation of groundwater level of Fukang is the consequence of interaction of many factors, for example, surface water inflow, groundwater recovery, precipitation, evaporation, agricultural area. Using multiple regression analysis to expound the factors and receive the factor of dominating influence.(1) The factors of dominating influence of annual dynamic variety of groundwater level is groundwater recovery, precipitation, evaporation and agricultural area, no relation to surface water inflow.(2) The factors of dominating influence of inner dynamic variety a year of groundwater is surface water inflow, groundwater recovery, precipitation and evaporation.Third, with the economic development of oasis, the exploitation of groundwater becomes more and more. Because of exploitation and poverty of effective management, ecological environment is destroyed, for instance, drain of groundwater ,decaying of natural vegetation, Desertification of soil ,forming and expanding water cone, salinization of soil, etc.Forth, according to the rule of temporal and spatial dynamic variation of groundwater level of Fukang, the factor of dominating influence and the influence on ecological environment, the thesis held out the sustainable development and utilization of groundwater resources.
