The discovery of Compton scattering phenomenon gives promotion to quantum theory. In Quantum Electrodynamics, Comparing the results of theoretic calculation with examination results is one of most important methods to checkout renormalization theory.In quantum field theory, the common method for researching the interaction between particles is the perturbation theory, of which the most problem is the Feynman integral divergences difficulty for considering high step correction, which becomes the major factor for restricting its development. Based on the perturbation method of quantum field theory, this text adopts the minimal electromagnetism coupling model to research the calculation of differential cross section of the reaction process for Compton scattering with electron renormalization chain propagator, and the relevant radiative corrections are briefly reviewed and discussed.To obtain the accurate result of the differential cross section of Compton scattering reaction process with electron renormalization chain propagator, it is necessary to calculate the electron renormalization chain propagator. In this paper, the electron one loop renormalization finite quantity is separated from the infinite by using matrix function expansion, and the accurate results of this finite quantity is obtained with the use of the complex function integral. Then, according to the results, the electron renormalization chain propagator is obtained. That is the all content of chapter two. In chapter three, by the use of trice technology, the strictly analytic calculation to differential cross section of Compton scattering with electron renormalization chain propagator was finished in lab frame through miscellaneous and interminable calculations. In chapter four, we give the result of differential cross section for Compton scattering was with the propagator of the electron tree diagram and single loop diagram, and the numerical results are shown to discuss the relevant radiative corrections.It notes that, in this paper, for the Compton scattering reaction process, only the relevant radiative corrections from electron renormalization chain propagator are discussed, and the relevant radiative corrections from QED vertex are not considered.
