The stock problem is always difficult problem in the management science, also always puzzled our domestic enterprises. Jointly Managed Inventory (JMI) is one kind of advanced supply chain inventory management ways, which has a lot of merits compared with traditional inventory management, Although domestic enterprise is basically in the blank in this aspect applications, But its theory studies has actually aroused many scholars' interests.The article has built two mathematical models on jointly inventory management based on the theory of JIM, model 3.1 is multiple objective programming that take its theory as the tool, and take the inventory cost and the transportation cost as the goal, moreover under service level constraint condition. The model 3.2 is under controllable lead time, joins the service level constraint, and establishes the corresponding mathematical model. The numerical example indicated that, these two models are effective, also has certain referenced significance to inventory managers.Specifically for supply chain management is short of the performance appraisal at present, and according to complexity and particularity in the jointly inventory management, we also have discussed the problem of performance appraisal of JMI at the 4th chapter. Firstly, we have applied mechanically the evaluating indicator of supply chain inventory management, considered the mutuality affects relations among these indexes, we decided uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP) to be the method of which performance appraisal. And then has established the corresponding system structural model, according to dominant relations among the indexes, we calculated the hypermatrix and the weighted hypermatrix. Also considered that there is slanting difference between the numbers of the second level controlled by the first level, therefore we profit from in AHP to process this kind of situation, has carried on two weighting to the weighted hypermatrix, which is to say that embody the system structure information in weighted hypermatrix. The result indicates this processing way is feasible and rational.
