In this thesis, a class of nondifferentiable generalized fractional programming problemswith inequality constraints on a subset X of R~n are studied. First, single-objective general-ized fractional problem (FP) is discussed, when X is nonempty open set (convex set), andconstraint function is continuously differentiable, Then, multi-objective generalized fractionalproblem (FVP) is discussed, when X is closed convex set (convex set), and constraint functionis local lipschitz function (continuously differentiable). A series of new results about optimalityconditions and duality theory for problems (FP) and (FVP) are obtained.
