Global economic development and ecological environment have always been influenced by water resource deficient day by day, even cause the conflict among the countries and regions. The water resource shortage of our country has been severity impact on the development of the social economy of the coast and western region. With the rapid development of the siciety and the improvement of the people's living standard and quality, the shortage of water resource become more serious. The domestic and foreign experiences proved that seawater desalination is a important way to solve water resources deficient question for coastal area. The conventional seawater desalination methods must consume massive fuels or electric power, therefore under our country energy comparatively tense condition, using rich and clean solar energy to carry on seawater desalination will certainly have the widespread application prospect.The mainly purpose of the article is to enhance the solar energy seawater desalination system's thermal efficiency and product rate. The ultrasonic technology was used in the solar energy seawater desalination system to strengthen heat transfer and mass transfer in the distiller. The contents of research include the ultrasonic atomization experiment, the consume energy analysis of the seawater desalination system and the design of the seawater desalination system.Through carrying on the spray water experiment on the ultrasonic atomization experiment system, the influence of the air/liquid mass flow rate and air pressure to the droplet size was analysised, and the best scope of the air/liquid mass flow rate and air pressure was obtained. The atomization length, spray nozzle velocity of the outlet and atomization section width was analysised, which provide the basis for the evaporate equipment's design of the seawater desalination.On the basement of above experimental study, and according to the theoretical calculation, a set of seawater desalination system was designed, and the technics parameter of the system equipments was determined, and achieve to the purpose which make the analysis to enhance the system's thermal efficiency and product rate, and there is a preliminary exploration to apply the system to the solar energy seawater desalination.
