Quantum control which is a new edge subject has arisen many scientists' attention. They are expecting that quantum control technique can apply in the research of the chemistry, biology, information science and other subjects. At the same time, many researches about the quantum control which scientists interest in has gotten many results, especially in the experiment, which can quantum control the subject successfully.Laser have characteristic of high transient power, strong focus, easy manipulate and so on. It also have quantum coherent with the quantum system. So it becomes the strongest and the most ideal tool to study the quantum coherent control. Pulse-shaping is very important for the generation of the femtosecond-pulse. During the past ten years, as the progress of the pulse-shaping, it can generate any complicate shaping-pulse to meet the demand of the experiment. Shaping-pulse can validly control the chemistry interaction, the generating of ultrashort-pulse, the quantum coherent control and so on. The system of pulse-shaping as a tool to control the wave pocket in the experiment has a very important influence in the ultrafast laser spectrum, nonlinear optic and quantum optic.The paper is mostly divided into three parts. In the first part, it describe the two-level system with the quantum mechanics which include the dress state picture, the adiabatic description of the interaction and the mathematic method; In the second part, it tell us that using the shaping-pulse how to manipulate the quantum coherent control, chip field and tanh (dt) field are invested. Finally, it is our most important chapter which discus the two-level system's which interacted with the Shaping-pulse dynamic progress of the absorption, dispersion and refractive index.Part one:It gives the theory of the transition of the two-level system using the dress state picture. Form physic and mathematic deduce, we got the relation ship between the dress state picture and the Schrodinger picture and introduced the shaping term, Bloch vector.Part: two It gives the shaping-pulse in the time field to achieve the aim of the quantum control and adopts the Bloch vector to analyses the dynamic process of the absorption, dispersion and reflection index.Part: threeIt gives the two-level system's which interacted with the shaping-pulse dynamic progress of the absorption, dispersion and refractive index. This result can help us to find the substituted pulse which is easier to receive in the experiment.
