In this paper, the adsorption rate and One-step growth curve of cyanophage PP were studied in four sunlight conditions. Also, the dynamics of daily titer fluctuation of cyanophage PP was analysed. The adsorption rate of cyanophage PP was studied by centrifugation method using wild filamentous cyanobacteria as host, .The burst size and the latent period were affirmed by measuring the One-step growth curve. The results showed that the adsorption rate was 1.13‰in 30min, correspondingly, the successful contact ratio was 8.09%. The latent period was about 45min~75min, and the average burst size was 34.32 PFU·Cell-1. Besides, the high adsorption rate and short latent period during the infection might contribute to the wide distribution of cyanophage PP in eutrophicated freshwater. The adsorption rate and One-step growth curve of cyanophage PP were studied under four sunlight conditions: daylight illumination, darkness, sunlight halflings and darkness halfings. The result indicated that sun radiation could be the key factor influencing the fluctuation of cyanophage PP's titer. The adsorption rate of cyanophage PP would be lower under darkness condition. With sunlight radition strengthened, the burst size of cyanophage PP infecting wild filametous cyanobacteria tended to increase, but the increasing sunlight intensity did not show much influence on the latent period. The results above may help explain why the titer of cyanophage PP changed greatly in nature. Although cyanophage PP could infect on the host in darkness, filial virus would not be released, thus the titer of cyanophage PP was steady. By contraries the adsorption rate would be higher and the bust size would be greater in sunlight condition than in darkness condition. Therefore, the transformation of cyanophage PP was much more complicated.
