In this paper, the main contents are two class of nonconforming finite element methods with moving grids for vicoelastic equation. By using of some special properties of Carey triangular and five-nodes rectangular elements and combining with the moving grid ideas, the discretization and moving grids finite element formular for vicoelastic equation is yielded. At the same time, by using of the novel approaches and techniques, the difficulties which rise from the moving grids and the nonconforming characters of elements are overcome. The optimal error estimates are obtained when the classical regularity or quasi-uniform assumption is not necessarily for some elements. Thus the application scope of the nonconforming finite elements is extended.
