1. Adaptive Wavelet Denoising based on Statistical Model for Ultrasonic Testing inCoarse Grained Materials. Through analysis of the acoustic field model, under somereasonable assumption, we describe the scatter noise model in coarse-grainedmaterials in Space domain as subseeted stationary semi-Gaussian process whereas inTime domain. Utilizing the detection of multiple changes in a sequence of variables,we denoise the received signal and estimate the original ultrasonic pulse over waveletdenoising framework. Furthermore, we upgrade the traditional soft threshold methodto construct the denoising threshold individually in subsected semi-Gaussian processbased on scale. Then we complete the denoising and reconstruction ultrasonic testingsignal in a uniform structure.2. Wavelet Denoising and Multi-Scale Edge Detection in Ultrasonic Image. Presenta flaw detection method by wavelet denoising accompanied with the given multi-resolution edge detection signal according to ultrasonic image. Through discussion onmany analysis models, based on one unified scale-spatial analysis frame, unitedwith statistical model and parameter estimation, this article provides one practicalmethod. Then extract the information in image those denotate flaw signal by multi-scale edge detection.
