With the development of Remote Sensing, high resolution, high spectrum, and multi-angle remote sensing methods appear on the stage. The old methods, including multi-bands, multi-periods,multi-sensors have been disappeared little by little. In each research field, there are many span-new discoveries and achievements in theory and application. In recent years, scientists found the multi-angle remote sensing data could give some contribution in classification and discernment, due to different ground objects having different spectrum obviously in 2Ï€space.Using these differences in space, it offers another way to discern ground objects in remote sensing. In addition, using the spectrum of different ground objects can also raise the discerning capability. The main issue in this thesis is to discuss the polarized reflectance signature of plant leaf senescence, and regression models for estimation clove leaf's chlorophyll concentration were developed base on a great deal of collected polarized hyperspectral reflectance data. In detail, the main research work and achievement includes:1 R2 of blue-purple vale, green apex, near infrared high reflected region and chlorophyll concentration is different in different polarized phase. But the regression results were satisfactory, specially that in green apex, R2 is higher than 0.9.2 The technique of derivative spectral was used in regression of chlorophyll concentration. R2 of blue edge, yellow edge, red edge and chlorophyll concentration is different in different polarized phase. But the regression results were satisfactory, specially that in green apex, R2 is higher than 0.9.3 Based on all data analysis, we can conclude that regression model of minimum polarized phase is better than the other two. No-polarized phase take the second place, and maximum polarized phase is worst. It may be caused by the characteristic that the internal cytoarchitecture is keenly for parallel light.4 The thesis simulate the clove leaf's chlorophyll concentration via the polarized light, multi-angle and hyperspectral information. Experiment and analysis proved that the attempt is successful, and conform the advantage of polarized information.
