Many natural and man-made networks are complex networks. For example, internet network, WWW network, computer network, etc. These networks have affinity in our life, therefore it is necessary to profound research and comprehend topology structure, run mechanism, dynamics action, synchronization ability, anti-jamming ability of complex networks, for be better to design and manage these fact networks. Researching anti-attacking capability of complex networks have quite important meaning for preventing virus attack and defending epidemic, etc.This paper is divided into four parts: Firstly, the history and actuality in the study of complex networks were summed up. Secondly, the robust of anti-jamming in complex networks was discussed, by researching relation of error-tolerance and attacking-tolerance with size and average degree of complex networks. Thirdly, complex networks' synchronization ability after attacking was discussed. Then, application dependability theory of complex networks in communications networks was introduced. Evolvement in researching and the basic theory of complex networks are introduced first; in this part ,some basic concepts are put forwarded, such as random network, small-world network, scale-free network, and bring forward the model of those networks. Then some measurements in studying complex networks are introduced, such as degree in networks, shortest path and clustering coefficient, etc.Then, the capability after attacked was judged by average shortest path and average clustering coefficient based on representative model of complex networks, connectivity is an important standard for dependability in this part. After, synchronization ability is discussed as well as. The second largest eigenvalue was used in judging synchronization dependability of complex networks; the relation in size and average degree of complex networks and synchronization dependability of complex networks were discussed.Finally, dependability theory of complex networks application in communications networks was introduced. Dependability-theory of complex networks affect control disaster and optimizing in complex networks.
