The kinetics of organic matter generatinghydrocarbon which based on the composition andstructure of kerogen and chemical inetics. But the limit of the degree of kerogen's (matter ofoil-gas generating)structure of knowledge, experimental technique and mathematical methods,The multi solution of calibration results of the dynamic parameters of kerogen generatinghydrocarbon cannot completely conquer, It restricts the wide application of chemical kinetics inoil-gasgeneratingstudy.In order to resolve the difficult problem of much answer in calibrated result, In this paperbased on the application of Matlab optimization toolbox, dynamic parameters of pyrogenationcurve of kerogen whose dynamic parameters have been known were calibrated again. Thedynamic parameters calibrated with optimization toolbox were compared with the ones whichhave been known in experimental and geological situations relatively. The results indicated thatMatlab Optimization Toolbox function can be checked up with the equivalent of the originalparameters,meetthepracticalrequirements.In the idiographic process of calibration, tow different calibration methods of fixedpreexponential factors and alterable preexponential factors of kerogen with different structure.The errors of the results in experimental and geological situations were statisted. The errors ofhydrocarbon generation curve in geological situation depended on the ones in experimentalsituation. Based on this relationship, it provided scientific basis of Practicality of calibrationresultsofthedynamicparameter.Thecalibrationmethods andselectiveconditions were appliedpracticallyinTangyuan faultdepression, it is found that: it was source rocks of Xin'ancun-Wuyun and cretaceous thatmeaningful to thermogenic oil-gas. The maturity of source rocks in the fault depression werelower, the oil origin was pinch, which were restrict the reconnoiter of thermal origin oil-gas. Sothe depth of syncline, especially for palaeogene and cretaceous such as Shuangxing, Dongxing,Dongfa,RongfengandHeliwasthehopeofbreakthroughinoil-gasreconnoiterandthematurityofsourcerockshavegeneratedlotsofoil-gasinthere.Especiallywherewasgrowhofcretaceous.The total petroleum generating amounts and the total gas generating amounts are 1.85×10~8 tonand3.02×1012m3。...
