Super hybrid rice is a foodstuff crop which grows in many areas inour country, super hybrid rice had made a great success in domain of superhigh yield breeding at present. Ethylene responsive element bindingprotein is closely related to the regulation of some importantphysiobiochemical action, such as plant growth and development, diseaseresistance, stress resistance, and so on. As a hot research topic, it hasmade some achievements in the recent years. Employment of bioinformatics, molecular biology and genetics, research on ethylene responsive elementbinding protein obtained significant improvements. In this research, based on bioinformatics analysis, the cDNA codingethylene responsive element binding protein of model plant Arabidopsisthaliana was used to search in Oryza Sativa genome database, a highhomologous unknown sequence was obtained. The results of bioinformaticsanalysis in nucleic acid sequence, protein sequence, protein structure, protein character, protein function and other aspects, indicate thisunknown sequence should be the cDNA coding ethylene responsive elementbinding protein in Oryza Sativa. Super hybrid rice was used as materialfor extracting total RNA and reversely transcripting to cDNA, a pairdegenerate primers with the unknown sequence were utilized to amplify cDNAby PCR. After T-A clone, a 915bp DNA sequence was obtained. BLAST resultsindicated that partial nucleic acid sequence of the sequencing DNA had99ï¼…homologous to AK119885. Sequence was submitted to GenBank, itsaccession number is EF507537.
