A polyploidy is an organism with more than two sets of chromosomes, the polyploidspecies spread abroad. Polyploid of chromosomes improve the evolvement of organism, and itis an important approach of the creating of new species. In this paper we introduce thepolyploid species in the nature, and the way of production. We introduce sexual Penna ageingmodel, and found the polyploid Penna ageing model, then we enact the mechanism ofpolyploid individuals for inproducing, any individual can match another whether theirnumbers of haplotypes are equal or not, then they will produce corresponding offspring. Wecompare the results among the polyploid Penna model, diploid Penna model and haploidyPenna model, to fred what are same among them. We observe each bit position as dominantor recessive mutations in the gene-string how to influence the number of haplotypes when thecolony evolvement get to homeostasis under the same set of parameters used for simulations.We enact the gene-string with 16 bits to save computer time, then we get the result withcomputer simulations. To deal with the simulations result, we introduce an new parameter F_icalled influence power of every bit (1≤i≤16), we analyse the influence power of every bitwith the F_i. The results show that the values of F_i on the 2nd, the 3rd and the 4th are lessthan the values of F, on the other bit positions, and the three values are very approximate.However, the value of F_i on the 1st is close to that on the bit positions behind the 4th, andthese values are close to each other. The diagrams can show that the 2nd, the 3rd and the 4thbit positions effect the numbers of haplotypes more.In Chart 1, the introduction of polyploid species in the nature and the artificiality.
