In hydrogeology field, groundwater survey data have thecharacteristic of wide area, shallow depth, and also lack ofenough geologic information about research area. This paperstudies a method of establishing the complex visualization 3dgroundwater model and discusses some questiones in theprocess of model construction, such as surface and solidcreation, the disposal of the fault, stratum and other factorconcerned with the three dimensional geological model. Itdisplays the 3d visualization groundwater model sample ofHeihe river basin. Through this engineering example, we knowthe detail of the process of establishing a three dimensionalgroundwater system model, and we also know the geologicalconformation of heihe river basin.
