In this paper,we study the statistical analysis of accelerated life test on the log-normal and double-parameter exponentical distributions with the methods of inverse monent estimation and maximum likelihood estimation ,which enrich the results of statistical analysis of accelerated life test. Under the lognormal distribution,we introduce three parts .Firstly,the estimation of the parameters of step-stress accelerated life test and type I censoring is given. Secondly,we give the estimations of the parameters ,with the methods of inverse monent estimation and maximum likelihood estimation respectively,for the mixed datas of constant-stress accelerated life test when the sigma and accelerated stress are related.And the comparison is given with one example.Lastly,we give the inverse monent estimation and maximum likelihood estimation under the progressive stress of v(t) = kt + v0. Under the double-parameter exponentical distribution ,we study the estimation of the parameters for the mixed accelerated life test with the methods of inverse monent estimation and maximum likelihood estimation .
