According tO the full launch of the new. basic education curriculumreform of our country, the new curriculum idea puts forward to the newrequirements for the classroom teaching of teachers. Therefore, the oldcriteria of the classroom teaching evaluation did not suit the requirements ofthe new curriculum implement. To study how to according with the basic ideaof the new curriculum coming through, and confirm objectively andeffectively the basic factors of the new curriculum classroom teachingevaluation is a work that has reality meaning. This article studies mainly how to confirm the factors of the newcurriculum classroom teaching evaluation using of the factor analysis model.Firstly, introduces the mathematical model of factor analysis, and gives thefactor analysis estimation adopting of the main component analysis method, maximum likelihood estimate method, least square method, EM algorithm,MCMC method; Secondly, for about the data coming from the investigationof classroom teaching evaluation questionnaires, combines with the abovefive methods of factor analysis parameter estimation, compiles of computerprocess using of sAs software, Matlab software and MCMCpack Package software package, obtain the four factors (potential variables) thatbehind the classroom teaching evaluation index, these potential variableseither have the main factors that reflect traditional classroom teachingevaluation or have the factors that express of the new curriculum idea, therefore, the classroom teaching evaluation factors that consisting of thesepotential variables can provide fully foundation for the implement of the newcurriculum classroom teaching evaluation.
