Symmetric Neighborhood Assignments

In this paper, we discuss some questions on symmetric neighborhood assignments,and study the properties of symmetric neighborhood assignments on Hedgehog spaceJ(ω₁). We also give characterations of strongly paracompact metrizable space andorthocompact Moore space in terms of neighborhood assignments. Our results answeror partialy answer some open questions on neighborhood assignments raised in [8], [10]and [12].
