During the well drilling, it is very important to get the virtual well-log information of the well to be drilled in order to study its complicated geologic environment, and it is also a key technique in drilling simulation. Based on the key project of SinoPec---'Drilling Simulation Based on Drilling Engineering Geology Database'and the postdoctorate thesis from Shenli Oil field---'Study and Application of the Layer Characteristic Parameter Predict Theory in Drilling Simulation', this thesis mainly studies on the method of joint inversion of seismic and well-log in drilling simulation.The main contributions are as follows:1. Data preprocessing of the inversion from the seismic data to the well-log propertiesThe noise elimination of the well-log signal based on wavelet transform and the accurate extraction of the low frequency components of the well-log signal based on the FIR digital filter are studied in the article. And the match of the well-log data and the seismic information is realized by depth-time conversion of the well-log data.2. Low frequency component reconstruction of the well-log acoustic velocity of the well to be drilledApply the geostatistic method, Kriging method, to the reconstruction of the low frequency of the well-log acoustic velocity and establish the model of the low frequency of the well-log acoustic of the well to be drilled by the low frequency of the well-log acoustic of the well drilled in the same block, which will provide the data for the consequent inversion.3. The inversion of the virtual well-log acoustic velocity technologyFrom the viewpoint of information theory, both the seismic and the well-log are the integrated response of the same geologic body underground. Therefore a method for modeling the virtual well-log acoustic velocity reconstruction is proposed based on support vector machine theory. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method can meet the demand of the inversion accuracy.4. Study and design the algorithm and the softwareAccording to the function demand of the joint inversion of seismic and well-log, the corresponding software based on the model algorithms has been designed.
