Deformation monitor is long-term and repeating survey work that aims at the point move conditions in monitoring the earth's surface, engineering buildings and establishment with its key point staying at catching the deformation information in the sensitive deformation positions and each periodic survey. GPS technology can not only meet the needs for accurate results of the survey, but also be helpful to the automation and real time of the survey. At present, the GPS technology has been applied to varieties of deformation monitoring, such as subsiding of the earth's surface in urban areas, deformation monitoring of the dams, deformation monitoring of bridges, monitoring for sliding slopes, tall buildings, mining areas, and so on.As the deformation monitoring requires higher accuracy, massive data of information, the data processing is quite complicated. Therefore, it seems extremely important to develop such data processing softwares with cooperating with GPS monitor survey, and furthermore bring it to the system of deformation monitor. From the above, we know that it is significant for deformation monitor to work out corresponding data processing softwares. Because of its high precision of GPS carrier-phase relative position, GPS becomes an important method of construction deformation monitoring. The paper emphasizes on the method of GPS single epoch algorithm and tile influence on result of deformation survey. The paper researches the method about how to fix ambiguity and pick-up deformation value, and analyses data processing of single epoch algorithm, and talk about how to gain three-dimensional deformation vector, and if it is feasible by the method of GPS single epoch algorithm.On the above basis of the studies, the GPS deformation monitor data processing and management system are developed based on the above algorithm, here the VC++. NET is adopted as the development tool, text form and graphics output formats are as the result output formats. Firstly, the system reads the RINEX formats of observation file(O),navigation file(N) or SP3 file; Secondly, it uses GPS observation,basic coordinate and secondary planet coordinate to compute the fix ambiguity of double- difference unknown and to gain the precise ambiguity; Lastly, we pick-up the three-dimensional depend on the method of single epoch in the paper.This system consists of 7 modules: data gained module, satellite coordinate computed module, error correction module, deformation obtained by the method of single epoch module, result output module, coordinate system conversion module and assistance module. The subsequent data processing of GPS deformation monitor is adopted, and the deformation analysis results and graphics are also provided for the users in this system, and it can use the result of GPS single epoch algorithm to analyze the deformation, and satisfy the need of deformation monitor to extend the GPS application.
