Criteria For Nonsingular H-matrices And Their Applications

H-matrices play an important role in many fields, but in practice it is difficult to determine a matrix is an H-matrices or not. In this paper, we define the concept of H-matrices,α-diagonally dominant matrix according circuit and strictlyα-diagonally dominant matrix according circuit. Besides,two sufficient and necessary conditions for strictlyα-diagonally dominant matrix according circuit are deduced. and new conditions for H-matrices.wo use the theory of the patitioning matrix to study the characterization of the nonsingular matrix .
