The route of the paper is by adjusting the working procedures of the mapping army printing process, finding grey balance, the number of dot gain, the register of printing, color range on the good printing density, analyzing the rules and guiding the production of mapping army.The means is analyzing the factors influencing the map quality, discussing the factors influencing dots transmission, designing printing test plate and acquiring a lot of data. Through analyzing data, we can find the control parameter and the rules of dots transmission. It can be the standardizations of the map publishing and offering the technology of mapping army map publishing. That is:1. We can analyze the quality factors from every phase of map publishing.2. We design and make the test prospectus, which check the grey balance, the number of dot gain, the register of printing, 2D and 3D color gamut on the good printing density and found the color diorama and bring forth the different printing effects of the different pictures.3. By adjusting the working procedures of the mapping army printing process, finding grey balance, the number of dot gain, the register of printing, color gamut on the good printing density, we can analyze the rules and guide the production of mapping army.4. We analyze CTP and CTF and find the project of dot compensating by CTP and CTF.5. The paper analyzes the test prospectus and acquires the true data. It can be seen that the production is not controlled easily. By analyzing the data to guide the presswork, we offer the actual data and part quality control rules for building the quality control parameter and flow based on the digital map publishing.
