Since Tang and Vanslyke reported their double-layer device in 1987, the organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) attracted more and more attention all over the world because of their potential applications in solid-state illumination flat panel displays. High-luminance and high efficiency OLEDs were always expected for their future applications. There are many ways to improve the OLEDs efficiency. In this thesis we introduced a thin layer into different place of emitting layer, to change the region of holes and electrons met in, and balanced the injection of them.Detail of the research work is as following:1. We introduced a thin BCP layer into different place of emitting layer A1Q, It is said that the BCP layers blocks off the region of exactions meet in, and affect the performance of OLEDs. Through change the place and thickness of BCP, we got a better result.2. The electrons transporting material PBD is used to doping with holes transporting material NPB and emitting layer DCJTB to find the effect of PBD on change the region of exactions bora in, and change the emitting of the devices. We also discuss a new way to emit white light.
