A new chelate-forming resin bearing Arsonaza was prepared by stirring a solution of Arsonaza with a macroporous strong basic anion exchange resin D290. the adsorption property, various condition on the separation and perconcentration of noble metal and the evaluation of this method were studied. And determination of aurum, ruthenium, palladium, platinum and rhodium by Oscillopolarography was established. the evaluation of this method were studied.Various parameters such as pH, height of column, flow rate of sample solution, eluent type, volume and flow rate of eluent were investigated. When the pH (HCl) is 1.00, column is longer than 8.0 cm, the flow rate of sample solution is lower than or equal to 1.0 mL·min-1 and elution rate with 0.1 mol·L-1 HCl-3% thiourea(40mL) is lower than or equal to 0.5 mL·min-1, Au, Ru, Pd, Pt and Rh can be quantitatively preconcentrated. Their recoveries determined by Oscillopolarography are in the range of 94.0%~106.0%. It was proved that this forming resin with Arsonaza as ion exchange group is stable, and it can be used repeatedly. After adding a definite quantity of masking agent, a great number of the common metals are not adsorbed by forming resin. The optimal supporting electrolyte of testing by Oscillopolarography were investigated. It was found that Au formed an electroactive complex with 0.5 mol·L-1 HCl-0.006% RB. the complex produced a sensitive absorption catalytic wave with a peak at -530 mV (vs sce), the complex formed by Ru with 2.5 mol·L-1 HCl-0.01% RB produced a catalytic wave with a peak at -1050 mV (vs sce), Pd with 0.0003 mol·L-1 DMG—0.0015% SDBS—pH 2.0 HCl-KCl produced a catalytic wave with a peak at -530 mV (vs sce) and Pt, Rh with 0.75 mol·L-1 H2SO4—1.25×10-3 mol·L-1 (CH2)6N4—1.2% NH4Cl—0.003% N2H4?H2SO4 produced the catalytic wave with the peak at -1035 mV (vs sce), -1230 mV (vs sce). The results obtained by the analysis of standard sample (72-Pt-02) under the optimum conditions are satisfactory, the RSD: Au: 1.84%, Ru: 3.25%, Pd: 1.43, Pt: 0.990%, Rh: 3.83%, and the vales of tcalculated: Au: 1.18, Ru: 0.194, Pd: 1.02, Pt: 1.37, Rh: 0.579, less than Ttable(0.05,9)=2.26. The detection limits: Au: 0.0227μg·mL-1, Ru: 1.26×10-5μg·mL-1, Pd: 0.00162μg·mL-1, Pt: 1.12×10-6μg·mL-1, Rh: 2.62×10-7μg·mL-1.The main advantages of this method are its simplicity and high speed. This method is proved to be practical and efficient by practice.
