In dermatology field the traditional method to make a diagnosis is totally depending on the observer's experience. It is difficult to exactly describe kinds of skin-colors and any tiny pathological changes even for a skilled doctor. Besides subjective diagnostic is easily influenced by psychology and environment, it needs a better way to offer more objective and scientific diagnosis. Using optical instrument to collect human skin spectrum, Biomedical Photonics gives a new solution to improve dermatology diagnosis without contact.In this paper, on the basis of transmission theory, the neural network theory and chromatic theory, several problems had been discussed as followed: The chromatic measuring system with fiber-optic probe had been designed; The adjusting methods had been designed for the attenuation introduced by the fiber-optic probe; The reflected spectrum of the skin samples had been measured and been classified with chromatic calculation; The neural network had been founded to analyze the kinds of skin samples.
