Lanping Basin in Yunnan Province is an important nonferrous and precious metal metallogenic belt, which is one of sixteen main metallogenic belts of solid mineral resources in China. This paper has collected and analysed previous inofrmation in geology geophysics, geochemistry, remote sensing and mineral exploration, and makes an overall and systematical study about various ore-forming conditions and ore-forming forecast in Lapping basin, with the synthetic use of the modem advanced techniques and the theories of geophysics, geochemistry and remote sensing .1. Through remote sensing image processing, information extraction, geological interpretation and field research, author find out the faults and tectonic movement of Lanping basin.2. The regional 1:200 000 geochemistry stream sediment had been processed and maps were obtained. A number of significant geochemical anomalies region with the mineralization potential delineated.3. A comprehensive summary and analysis of the distribution, mineralization situation and deposit of Sanjiang zone where Lanping Basin is in was made.4. Multi-information played a full comprehensive analysis of various technical and theoretical advantages, to reflect on all the instructions to deposit the basis for the accuracy of mineral exploration and provided a strong guarantee for prospecting to provide a new way of thinking and methods , To predict unknown type of deposit, a great advantage, it is the future development of the new mineralization forecast trends and new trendsOn the basis of information integration, the author delineated 4 class A prospecting district, they are A-1: Dacun prospective vision, A-2: Huishan-Dongzhiyan-Fulongchang-Baiyangping Prospective vision, A3: Baiyangchang Prospective vision, A-4:Jinding Prospective vision. Geology, geophysics, geochemistry, remote sensing structural indicates a good prospect of mineralization in these four prospective visions, and the regions there are mines.
