It is a very meaningful method that bacteriophages attack bacteria and cure the bacteria infection without drug resistance problem. Bacteriophage (called bacteria virus) is very small, and only can be seen by electron microscope, liking tadpole. It belongs to one second type of virus, the smallest bacteriophage only has 3 genes, the code exists in the single chain RNA, the bigger bacteriophage with DNA is T4 , that double chain DNA gene set lies in its head has more than 60 genes. Infection occurs when the bacteriophages adhere to the bacteria surface, tail sheath constricts, and then the nucleic acid is injected into bacteria through hollow tail-end. The bacteria virus DNA enter the bacteria chromosome, original bacteriophage of keeping dormancy state and the bacteria chromosome are duplicated together. The infection will cause the bacteria cell metabolism to change completely and produce new bacteriophages, the bacteria are splitted and release new bacteria virus. In chapter2, on the basis of the original model, the model of attacking and splitting bacteria with Gompertz increase and standard incidence in bacteriophages is analyzed. First the existence and local stability of equilibriums are studied, then the global stability of boundary equilibrium is researched, and the hopf bifurcation can occur, correspondingly matlab numerical simulations are carried out. At last the importance for clinical medicine is discussed. In chapter3, on the basis of the original delay model, the model of bacteriophages attacking and splitting bacteria with time delay and standard incidence is analyzed. First the existence and local stability of boundary equilibrium are studied, correspondingly numerical simulation with matlab is carried out. The instability and absolute instability of equilibriums are researched. Secondly, the global stability of the boundary equilibrium is researched, and correspondingly numerical simulations with matlab are carried out. Finally the persistence and clinical importance of the model are analyzed.Drug resistance problem has become more and more serious in recent years, the infection wound can be overlayed with bacteriophage medicine in the clinical treatment. The corresponding parameters can be adjusted through certain measures, then the bacteria infection will be controlled. Other measures also can be adopted, e.g. antibiotics and bacteriophage medicine can be used together to control the bacteria infection, the effect may be better.
