We often observed sunspot, prominence, flares and other activities phenomenon, which named the solar activity. Sunspot is basic symbol of solar activity, and other activities related to sunspots closely. Solar activity cycle is marked with the sunspots cycle usually. The solar activity has the extremely complex periodicity, sunspot's 11yr period now already the observation fact which does not struggle, but other long periods and the short periods different have wide divided opinions, because of observation data's choice and the analysis methods.In order to explain that solar activity cycles'some characteristics, many people proposed kinds of models and the conceptions. There are two viewpoints: internal cause and external cause. One kind believed that solar activity periodic cause not in the sun, but lay in solar system the major planet to sun's attraction through some way"triggering"the solar activity. This kind of theory can show that solar activity characteristics and median cycles, have certain value to the solar activity forecast. Another kind thought that the solar activity periodicity is attributed to the sun itself, is in the solar troposphere magnetic field and the motion of matter interaction decided. This tentative plan means that simultaneously solves the fluid equation and the electromagnetic equation in view of the solar troposphere's in concrete physical condition. It is a pity, at present did not have the conclusion, the solar troposphere condition the equation solution whether to exist, Therefore, this kind of theory, at present can only individual approximate description in the certain reduction condition. This article mainly studies the external reason which the sunspot cycle forms.Our research includes 3 parts:1. Observed in the predecessor in the foundation, using 258 year solar sunspot lunar average month value, analyzed sunspots'long period characteristic; Using 130 year sunspot average daily value, has analyzed sunspot's short periods characteristic.2. Using the celestial mechanics in the N body question's dynamics model, simulated the tidal force change by eight major planets to the solar surface, and the motion trajectory of the Sun around the mass center of solar system, we calculated the sun motion's centrifugal inertial force and angular momentum.3. Through the spectral analysis, compared the tidal force and various force components periodic change with the sunspot cycle relations, and compared with the sun period of motion and sunspot cycle's corresponding relationship.The main results are as follows:1. The north-south, east-west, vertical tidal force and the sunspots long periods do not have the obvious corresponding relationships, but the tidal force had approximately in 11.8 with joint forces with the sun-spot and 10 year cycle, two cycle's syntheses could obtain sunspot's 11yr cycle. Don't find the motion trajectory of the Sun around the mass center of solar system'centrifugal inertial force have relationship with the sunspot cycles.2. The repeated test, we discovered that divided into the solar activity the trough and the peak research sunspot number, can present obvious variability In the sunspot short cycles have series harmonic waves, and majority related with the planet cycle or the planet synchronous periods.This article studies the innovation spots:1.This article tidal force analogy procedure was different with formerly anybody; first, considered all major planet function, but take the current actual survey's planet's elements as the orbital integral's initial condition, has used"anti-time"the computation method, changes of the tidal force may carry on the synchronization with sunspot's change to compare, and result is more reliable and science.2.
