Earth Tides and the long periodic slow deformation signals are discussed mainly as the signal with low frequency in this paper. Earth Tides is a subject which holds a key position in relation to geophysics, geodesy and astronomy, since it is a phenomenon which consists of an elastic-viscous deformation of the terrestrial globe, and this is caused by the gravitational action of the Moon, the Sun, and other Heavenly Bodies. It is significant to measure the earth tides because it is not only an important way to understand a number of geophysical phenomena and the internal structure of the earth, but also very valuable in the research on great natural disasters, such as the earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.The solid earth tides include gravity tides, strain tides and tilt tides. Earth tides is extremely weak signals, for example, the greatest changes in the range of gravity tides, strain tides and tilt tides are 200μGal, 0.02 ''and 10?8 ,respectively. In order to detect signals so weak tidal signals, besides having a good instrument design, precise sensors and observing the environment, the precision, the accuracy and the long-term stability of the collection system are also vital.Recently, I have engaged in the research work of gravity and tilt tides on the observations, collection and the corresponding data processing. Using of observation equipments existing observation platforms, we acquired a large number of tidal information. Through the analysis of observational data on earth tides, the tidal factors of earth tides were acquired. To obtain richer geophysical information, based on the original collection system, we improved the precision experimental observation of the long-term stability and observation platform to a certain extent and build a precision, stability, and a higher sampling rate and long cycle of data collection system.
