Cell membrane is consisted of double resin membrane layers, each side of which is of hydrophobic nature.In this case hydrophilic ions can't freely pass through cell membranes to enter cells.As protein substances embed or impenetrate in membranes, a hydrophilic passage is formed in the three dimensional structure of protein, called ion-channel.The gating mechanism of cell membrane ion-channel has been an active research field in recent years.Its dynamics model and relevant biological research are the core topic in this field.It has been developed into an interdisciplinary problem of biology, biophysics, medicine, statistics, chemistry, optical-electronics, computer application and nonlinear science.Especially nonlinear research just comes into its early stage.Many scholars have been attracted to study the gating mechanism of cell membrane ion-channel.The quantitative description of the gating mechanism is of important theoretical and practical significance.Considering the characteristics of the data of ion-channel currents, a new modeling method is presented based on the Logistic model and the self-adaptive algorithm. The modeling procedures on the data of currents of Ca2+ Ion-channel is provided.The result is displayed by Matlab.Compared with the curves drawn by the least-square method and Yang Hua, the curve that based on the new model shows the effectiveness of the method. It also manifests biology characteristics of the data. The model is also helpful to divide complex phenomenon into single elements, so it is adaptive to complicated conditions. It also demonstrates the function of prediction.This model demonstrates a sound description of one open-close cycle of ion- channel. Based on the model, a more accurate and clearer dynamics model could be built by combining the other models and newest biological research results.Its simulation can reveal the characteristics of ion-channel.
