With the development and application of GPS, the research of errors of GPS becomes more precise and scientific. Ionosphere refraction is a main error in GPS surveying, it is a common method for domestic and overseas researchers to use the theory of atmosphere propagation to establish the correcting model of ionosphere. In order to establish a more effective method for correcting, ionosphere affection in GPS surveying are studied in this paper.In this paper, it is mainly discussed that the basic theory of ionosphere affection in GPS surveying and it is concluded that the correcting methods of ionosphere using signal and double frequency receivers; it is studied in the model of Klobuchar that the correcting formulations and calculating methods; it is systematically studied that the theory and method of the correcting model of ionosphere in use of the double frequency data, and the VTEC model of signal station is established finally.The programe of the correcting model of ionosphere is finished,the models of Klobuchar and VTEC are set up in use of this programe. In comparison of the results of Klobuchar and VTEC in the same period of time, the precision of VTEC is much better than Klobuchar and the improving methods of VTEC is advanced.
