With progress in the science of the Earth, the research of continental lithosphere structure's conductivity has drawn increasing attention. This is because continental lithosphere addition to the conductivity of the material and its related components, also depends on many factors, such as internal continental lithosphere structure, temperature, pressure, composition and the physical properties and material and so forth. In recent years the super-long period Magnetotelluric exploration has become one of the most effective methods of high-tech.Magnetotelluric field is a very weak natural field, as low asμV amplitude level, involving a wide range of frequency bands to 10-5 - 103 Hz, and the amplitude is proportional to the frequency. Magnetotelluric sounding of the earth by measuring electromagnetic signals mainly include two levels of orthogonal electric field (Ex, Ey) and the three mutually orthogonal magnetic field (Hx, Hy, Hz).Because of uncertain factors in the work environment, human noise and natural noise are unavoidable in the long time signal acquisition, and will also become the largest source of the noise, it will directly affect the acquisition of useful signal and greatly reduce noise ratio. Otherwise power consumption must be asked as low as possible because of the long time acquisition.This paper with the National Natural Science Foundation key projects"Now in North China Lithosphere Structure and Conductivity of the Continental Dynamics Significance"which require to observe the super-long period magnetotelluric signal and the research results of the seafloor magnetotelluric equipment and the land signal acquisition problems designed a low-power consumption high-efficiency power supply board, multi-channel high-sensitivity analog boards, cited the CS5372 and CS5376A ADC kits to realize wideband and low frequency digital sampling rate adjustment board, program the SCM atmega128 on CS5376A's control procedures.
