How to quickly and accurately get the three-dimension date of landform and building is the important content of reconstruction for the digital city;however,the routine surveying and photogrammetry satisfies this requirement hardly.The LIDAR which is integrated with laser ranging technology,computer technology,inertia measure unit and DGPS technology bring a brand-new technological means for obtain high space-time information.It is high automatic,little affected by weather conditions,shortly production cycle and high precision,and it also can penetrate vegetation partly to get the information of landform,so it has the superiority than routine surveying.LIDAR has broad development prospect and application in topographic surveying, environment research,three-dimensional city etc.However,because of the characteristic of LIDAR data,it is difficult to extract the building from DSM.So,this paper combine the LIDAR data and aerial picture to extract DEM and building, and to reconstruct them.The main works are presented as follows:1.Analyzed the concepts,surveying principles of LIDAR system and the characteristics, expression and application of LIDAR data were summarized.2.Summarize the basic concept and theory of DEM;Analyzed the arithmetic of filter and interpolation,and find the one to generate DTM from DSM.3.Use the mode of LS as the tool for normalizing the shape of buildings' plane.In this paper, By means of the model of LS adjusting and additional conditions such verticality,parallelity and dependent point so on,adjust the figures of building at every level,and exactly locate the corners of building,and then reconstruct buildings.4.Through analyzing the direction of normal to Judge the building's model and reconstruct them.5.Visualization technology based on OpenGL.Expound the basic principle and method of three-dimensional computer graphic and OpenGL.Use VC++ and OpenGL to realize the visualization of city landform and buildings.
