This dissertation is going to study the arithmetic of PVT which is an important part of navigation receiver. It consists six main parts:In the first part, we summarize the dissertation. We mostly recite the recent navigation systems based on satellite, and their general situation.In the second part, we study the principle of the navigation receiver. First, we introduce the general principle, and give some reference frames which often used in positioning and their translation relation. Then we give the method of positioning based on Global Positioning System. At last, we introduce the method of getting velocity and time.In the third part, we study several positioning methods. First, we study the combined navigation method. And the High Dynamic and Dual Mode GNSS Receiver has used this method, we also give the true positioning result. Then, we study the positioning method with three satellites and the height of receiver. This method is applied in the High Dynamic and Dual Mode GNSS Receiver, and we also give the true positioning result. At last, we study the positioning method to satisfy the requirement in room. This method is applied in the High Sensitive Navigation Receiver. And we give the positioning result, too.In the fourth part, we study the method to advance the positioning capability. First, we study several methods of selecting satellites, and this method is only used when there are superfluous satellites. We can select better constellation to give the position. Then, we study the Kalman Filter. And this filter can reduce the stochastic error. At last, we give the method of extrapolation, this method can give position without signal transitorily.In the fifth part, we study the application of the information processing algorithm. We study the structure and information processing algorithm. of the High Dynamic and Dual Mode GNSS Receiver the High Sensitive Navigation Receiver.In the sixth part, we summarize the whole-length content, and advance some shortage of recently work. Then we also view the project of Satellite-based navigation.The metrical date and the emulational result indicate that the methods of the dissertation can satisfy the essential requirement of the navigation. These methods can be used in different navigation receiver directly.
