The coastal zone vicissitude will cause the development construction here always to have certain risk, the coast guesthouse, the housing and the factory and so on the construct facilities always to be in during the disaster threat which result from the coastal erosion. Since the 20th century 60's, this phenomenon has aroused widespread interest of the global areas.At present, the coastal erosion and deposit of Hebei Province's coastal zone is serious day by day also, in which displays seriously is the Qinhuangdao coastal zone. Qinhuangdao coastline long 144.84km, which is the economic cycle vital area of our province link Bohai Sea, at present the 67% coastal section had been eroded by varying degree already, which had certain negative influence for the coast environment. Many scholars have did different research to Qinhuangdao's seacoast erosion and deposit, but the breadth and depth as well as the systematic characteristic in the research need to be enhanced.This paper uses the technical route which qualitative and the quota unifies, did to its coastal zone different coastal section vicissitude situation has analyzed. Not only this outcome may provide the model for the similar research, also provides the reference for the Sustainable development use and the scientific management of Qinhuangdao coastal zone. In the foundation of analyzing the Qinhuangdao coastal zone since the 20th century 50's in more than 50 years variation situation, this paper discusses the primary cause of vicissitude; Specially selected the seacoast to move towards, the average high-water level, the water depth ratio, the median diameter, the year total load, the year only load, the yearly average coastal erosion and deposit and so on seven targets, in view of the Qinhuangdao seacoast of Tang river mouth nearby, Dai river mouth nearby, Yang river mouth nearby, the gold coast, Qilihai nearby and so on five different coastal sections, used the principal components analysis method, in under the Spss software support, has conducted the thorough research to their vicissitude mechanism; Moreover, in the basis of material composition, the rivers and Marine dynamic process, sea level change tendency development situations, and so on condition characteristic factors, analysis the tendency of heterogeneity coastal section of Qinhuangdao, and have carried on the discussion of each kind harm which created to the coastal zone environment, put forward the proposal to reduce and prevent the disaster.Obtains by the principal components analysis, the Tang River mouth nearby bedrock seacoast composes the material coarsening, after the seacoast is eroded it will be very difficult to restore, the cape place seacoast will continue to maintain the erosion condition from now on; Nearby Dai River and Yang River the waterfront winding, seacoast and so on sand nature coarsening physical properties are the basic reasons of vicissitude; The gold coast coastal section tidal current and the wave and so on the hydrodynamic process condition is strived compared to other coastal section of Qinhuangdao, it is the basal cause that result in the erosion of this coastal section; South of Qilihai sand argillaceous coastal vicissitude is awfully under the control of human active influence.The research on the future development dynamic about the bedrock seacoast, the sand nature seacoast and the sand argillaceous seacoast of Qinhuangdao indicated that, the bedrock seacoast of Laolongtou, small Dongshan, pigeon nest and Jinshanzui will tend to erosion in the further, the sand nature seacoast south of the Dai river will continue to erode by large scale in the next 50 years, but the sand argillaceous seacoast of Qilihai nearby will still be controlled by the human activity.The erosion of Qinhuangdao Coastal zone, has caused the fresh water salty and the land salinification of that area, the blockhouse and the factory and so on construction facility to be destructed, and has brought huge economic loss. The paper suggested that, in view of the erosion intensity of different coastal section, implement dike, make up sand and so on measures to enhancement the protection work in the seacoast, and attach importance to vegetation construction to reduce the silt outflow, and must enhance the supervisory work in the coastal zone, causes it to use the regulation and instruction function to the coastal zone development on macroscopic view.
