Pattern dynamics is an important branch of nonlinear science. The study contents to physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology and other fields. Among them, The pattern formation and control is the foreword topics.This paper use the pattern dynamics theory to the improve FitzHugh– Nagnmo model. study the pattern dynamic behavior and the pattern generated. In particular,we study the spiral wave which generated by the model and study the spiral waves control problem.The first part is Kinetics analysis to the improve FitzHugh-Nagnmo model, the numerical simulation obtained by the system of the two-dimensional wave pattern, target-shaped pattern and spiral-wave pattern, also discussed the stability condition of the spiral wave pattern.The second part is the control study to the spiral waves system. We use the phase space compression method, plus force field method and adaptive delayed feedback to control the spiral wave, both achieved the elimination of spiral wave purposes. And considering the noise impact on the control system of spiral wave. In the noise background ,Our control is still effective. Numerical simulation shows that these methods have a good control of anti-interference.
